A complete Chess set and board for a Civil War lover. The chess pieces are cold cast bronze or nickle metal with resin. The Union forces are made of cold cast bronze and the Confederates are of cold cast nickle-silver. The bronze pieces have some blue highlight while the nickle ones have brown, red, or black highlights. The board is a combination of 32 images of various civil war National Park Battlefields.

Size: The board is a 19 1/2" square with 2" squares which gives a 16" playing area. The board stands about 2 1/2" off the table.
Color: The map has earthtone shades with red and blue highlights with black text. Each map represents the white squares. The ID plates are silver and bronze. The frame of the board and legs are covered in brass paint. The Union figures are cold cast bronze coverd with a blue tint and the Confederates are cold cast nickle-silver covered with a light brown, black, or red tint.
