Refund Policy:


Eligibility for Refunds:

  • At Custom Chess Sets LLC, we currently do not offer refunds. Each product is uniquely crafted according to customer specifications or from one-of-kind collection catalog, making it a truly personalized possession. We encourage our customers to review all orders carefully before finalizing them. 

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless the products arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy:


Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase if you wish to swap an unused item for another item of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability.

  • As each chess piece and historical figure may have unique characteristics, exact replacements may not be possible. We will work closely with you to find a satisfactory solution.


Process for Requesting an Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service at historybusts@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Please provide details of the item you wish to exchange and the item you would like in return.

  • You will be responsible for returning the original item to us in its original condition and packaging. Additional payment may be required if the new item is of greater value.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at historybusts@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair as appropriate, and cover any shipping costs involved in resolving the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
